School Angel is registered as a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) with the charities commission in England (No 1153856). We are not a commercial company and make no profit. All the work we do is for public benefit only and we are fully regulated by the charities commission.

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved. The schoolangel ® logo is protected under UK trademark law.

All the monies paid to the charity School Angel by our affiliated business partners, as a result of any visitor clicking from one of our tracked links and completing a purchase on the retailers website remain the property of School Angel. It is the sole responsibility of School Angel to then distribute the profit from the monies in accordance with the charities objects and the charity retains complete autonomy in this role at all times. Where the monies generated are tracked to a particular school then we will endeavour to distribute such funds in accordance with the schools wishes (providing the schools wishes comply with the charities objects). When monies are generated from our 'Disadvantaged Children' page then the profit generated will be used for a fund administered at the discretion of our board of trustees. This fund will be used in accordance with the charities third charitable aim to help disadvantaged children in schools registered with the charity.
